Your Questions Answered

Choosing a new healthcare provider is an important decision. Nocatee Pediatrics team has compiled some of the most common questions asked by previous patients and included answers to help you make your decision. If there’s something they haven’t touched on, please just ask.

Do you offer house calls?

Yes! We understand how difficult it is to leave your house with a newborn, or take a day off work to get to the doctor's office. We offer house visits so that we can take care of your child when they need it on days you are not able to make it to your pediatricians office.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Credit Card.

Can I get a same day appointnemt?

Yes! Book an appointment online by using our link provided in the telehealth platform, and we will be in contact within minutes.

Can we sign up as expectant parents?

Yes, we offer complimentary visits for expectant parents to discuss your newborn and the care we provide. We also offer newborn consultations in home to help put your mind at rest. We will come to your home and answer any questions you have and offer advice before the baby arrives. We also come to your home to complete newborn examinations.

Will insurance cover my visit?

Currently, insurance is not required and we do not bill insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider, which means we are not able to accept payments from insurance companies,

You will obtain a receipt of service that you can submit to your health insurance company for an out-of-network claim. Most health insurance companies cover telemedicine and in home visit services.

We will be accepting health insurance plans in the near future. Until then, you can either choose a paid monthly membership plan, which gives your household access to reach us anytime of the day as much as you need to. You can also pay per visit.
